Cool experience with Tonara

I fiund myself browsing and playing several scores which came for free with Tonara App for ipad. I notice the developer's refined taste in the choice of the works. Tonara has easy access to a dedicated online store where you can buy at a cheap price scores from great masters to perform inside the App.

Sonatina

I am trying to ameliorate and enlarge my collection of sonatinas. So far I recorded some by Haydn and Clementi. I am looking for other composers, Mozart, Beethoven, and more modern ones as the case of Kabalevsky.

Reger and tonality

Reger is found teaching organ and composition in Leipzig in 1907, and worked as cappel-meister until 1914. He was neoclassical because the way he deals with tonality, in its later and degenerated forms. His treaty about modulation, where he exemplifies the modulation to every other key is a mark of his neoclassical thinking.

Max Reger, musical discoverings

German composer, he has a collection of small works for the piano, and I am very fortunate in having a lot of them.
